Why Benchmark?

Health care providers are often unaware of how the performance of their practices compare to other providers.  As a result, sub par performance may mean forgone revenue, inappropriate costs, low employee morale, and poor patient satisfaction.

Benchmarking Process

Beacon Innovations uses benchmarking tools to evaluate a practice's operational, financial, and patient satisfaction performance.  This data will assess how well your practice performs relative to the performance of practices in a similar specialty. Data for your practice will be collected from your practice management systems such as your billing system and your accounting system. Some data will be compiled by special study.

Presenting the Findings

Once Beacon Innovations completes its data gathering and analysis, Beacon Innovations will prepare a written assessment detailing its findings and recommendations to improve your practice's operations.
